average two story home with asphalt shingles how much to clean?

huge two story house cut up roof how much?

little ranches how much?

I have always been cleaning one side of roof only and charging 300.00 for large two story

one side for small ranch 200.00

could use some advise thanks

Looks to me like it would be in the 2 - 3k range. This one is going to take you longer because of all the vegitation.

hey michael i have the same problem we should talk sometime. I strictly do power washing and roof cleaning and it is tough out there with the undercutters.

I agree with your estimates to replace a roof of that size and that the cleaning job itself is in the $3,000 + range. But, knowing golf courses and country clubs they are struggling in this economy also. Selling them on the value of cleaning their roof vs replacement cost will be the key to what your final price will be. Good Luck, don't under sell it.

Dan, I wouldn't want to guess on a price on this job and don't know how these other guys can guess without square footage. Looking at all sides that would be very expensive to reroof. I do know that $950.00 is way to cheap. If you take pride in your work and are confident in it don't give away your services.

Lol That roof would cost around $20000.00 to replace. Worked with a roofer for many many years. What other option would they have then replacing.. Never found out if he got the job??
