Do a search:

Rinse or not rinse

Also read the RCIA technical bulletin on the Roof Cleaning Patents and Technical articles thread.

We experience a lot of dry summers here between June and July. Before the Hurricane season sets in. So I explain to the customers that the roof will look a little hazy until we do get the rain, before I even start the job. If the customer doesn't like that idea then I tell them I will follow up in a day or so and do a light rinse for them. It puts them at ease and gives me a chance to double check for any missed spots. It also opens a door for additional work like their house, deck, walkway, & fence ect... One job started out at $450 and ended up being a $1500 deal by the end of the week. The same customer has now booked me for some interior work that we provide and will likely keep me pretty busy during the winter months.

trust the hybrid (:

Just wanted to mention to every one of you guys, As much as i don't text that much! I do a lot of reading and research in this forum and learned tremendous amount of information from you all.
From the simplest questions to the more ex stream detail question, I can always expect an answer from experienced and professional roof cleaners..

Of course with any trade of business, hands on, is the best to learn from.
With all the images, and how it should look like end result, this is a great place to be to learn.

Just my two cents in case no one has said it in awhile....
Thank you all.
