Can you guys and ladies run gallons per minute bucket test on your 12v or air diaphragm pumps for us?
Use 1 or 2 five gallon buckets, your roof cleaning sraying equipment and a stop watch to find out how many gallons you are actaully pumping per minute.
Run the test a couple of times. List the type of pump, the diameter of hose and number and size of any restrictions. I am interested in seeing the acutal results. Nozzles too?
OK, my NEW CREWand me ran some tests for you lori. we are running a fat boy pump with 3/4 hoses. the black feed line is 7/8 heater hose. we ran a ball valve with#40,50,60tips the results were the 60 tip shoot 5 gpm. the 50tip shoot 4 1/2gpm. the 40tip shoot 4 gpm all the tip shoot the same distancesd

Very interesting. It looks like you have set up a rather efficient system. Thank you very much for participating in the little experiment. It helps me to see what kind of equipment really works for you guys.
Thank you,
Lori
