Nick that's nice work. How did you secure the ladder that gave you access to the upper roof?

Great job on that Tile Roof Nick. The Pool Enclosure and deck came out awesome too. Seems to be the season for Pool Deck Cleanings lately. Been Cleaning lots of them. I was up in Palm Harbor myself this week. We should have hooked up for lunch. I still owe you for helping me get out of the mud. Hahaha!

Others add other information such as website, videos, etc. Take a look at the bottom of each post and you will see what others use for a signature.

Do a search on tile roofs. There is information on how to walk a tile roof.

 We have been doing this for 16yrs and all roof surfaces are different depending on pitch, and surface material. As far as tile roofs go they are not hard to walk on if you walk on them properly, you want to keep your feet in the valley of the tile and not on the barrel.

Sometimes you will get a roof that has never been cleaned or it's been many years since it has been done. These are the roof's that will most likely be very brittle from years of mold & algea eating away at it. If I step up on one like that and the tiles start to crunch, I will tell the customer that I cant clean their roof because it will not support the weight of my employee without exstensive damage due to the condition of the roof.

Sometimes they may still want it cleaned and then the only other alternative on a roof like this would be to use a Lift bucket if it is accesible. Shingle roofs and flat tile roof are much easier to walk on but that also depends alot on roof pitch, we have had to repel on quite a few that were just to steep to walk.

Last week, I was telling Kory, we wrote over 1000.00 a day in new roof cleaning jobs.
Many deed restricted past customers calling for roof cleaning last week.
This week has been a little slower, but steady.
