Thinking the same Eric.

A Box truck would lessen the chances of equipment walking away.  Can keep everything you need in it and its a mobil billboard.

As for corrosion, I plan to vent the tanks thru the roof and coat the entire inside/poss. exterior with prob. an Aliphatic epoxy or Cycloaliphatic epoxy coating, suppose to have a high resistance to corrosives like SH but more research needs to be done on coatings.

Just got my box truck and setting her up for spring. I've been considering getting the inside coated with Line-x or rhino lined or whatever. Not sure about cost but I want to protect my investment. An all aluminum body might not last long without protection from the SH.

Heres some of our stuff.

Here's some pics of when i started out with a trailer and some updated pictures of my truck since then. I got ALOT of ideas from this thread and past jobs.

I made it where i can use my own water if needed, put my battery in the inside of the cab, moved my cabinet to the side, welded up a brace for two 25 gal tanks for mixing..... I love making stuff easier on the job!!

Got a big roof in the morning so we will see how this new set-up runs.

     My son and I are fairly new in Cleaning services and have a trailer we are quickly outgrowing. Thinking about keeping the trailer as is and getting a box truck of some sort. I have a delivery guy who has a box truck and an Isuzu diesel powering it, he claims it gets pretty good mileage,don`t know what pretty good is. Does anyone have a box truck that is fairly economical and what can I expect to pay for a 2nd handed one?
