the pipe on the left goes to three seperate chem. tanks and also my 320 water tank. I can mix off of all tanks at once. I just thought that having two tanks with mix I was wasting alot. if i diddnt use all the mix on one job it was pretty much toast. this way was all the chems stay seperate and last longer. I have all the valves set for my mix and if I need alittle more love(SH) or any one thing I just have my ground man open a valve. It seems to work great so far.

The thing below the filter  is my wand with a tri bangger on it from pwp. It just hangs waiting for the next job.

Here is my rig. Pump is under hose reel mounts. 5850 Devlin pump for chemical transfer. Rigid air compressor is carried in the back of my truck.  Just got tanks lettered. I am also working on a sign for the back of trailer but want to wait until website is done to include web address on sign. I found bucket truck cheap at the auto auction. Never know when it will come in handy.-

Is anyone using a small gas engine to power their stuff?  The rig I aquired has a 225 gal. tank, an 8.5hp gas engine driving a pump, 300ft. of chemical tubing on a Titan hose reel, and a valve which lets me put out water or mix.  It's all mounted in a 2005 tandem axle enclosed trailer.  I just bought it last Friday, and I've only sprayed water in my backyard, but my insurance quote are due back today and I plan to do at least one house tommorrow, even if I have to do it free or on spec.

Art,
You should probably post this question in the equipment section. There are a lot of posts about different pumps and methods there. Somebody will answer your question a lot faster there.

We've been working on modifying our trailer to include our softwash system. We cut 8 feet off the front of the trailer and raised it up to make the goose-neck. Rearranged the totes to make room for three 55 gal chemical drums. Framed the top in to make a walkable deck on top the trailer for cleaning overhead structures. Redesigned the water manifold and plumbed it into the softwash system for rinsing. Also had to add additional hose bibs, circulater pump and a dump valve into the manifold to make it a bit more user friendly. Its not completely finished yet but it is ready to go back to work. The goal was to make it completely self contained.

trailer specs:
30' overall length
8' tall (2x6 decked top - not completed yet)
3 - 55 gal drums
1 - 12v 5850 (5gpm)
2 - 5gpm/4000psi Hot water skids
1 - 3.5gpm/3000psi cold water unit
2 - 300 gal totes (plumbed to main manifold)
1 - 20gpm/60psi booster circulater pump (plumbed into main manifold)
1 - 3000w generator
4 - reels on the rear for water & pw hoses
1 - pw reel up front

Ladders slide in from the back, tool storage over the goose-neck, and room for expansion.  I wanted to setup the 12v system so that it can be used for more than just roof cleaning right now until a redesign might be needed.

That is one big trailer!  I have enough trouble trying to back my 8-footer down my driveway.  I can't imagine moving that one!  You have some serious real estate to work with on that thing.  You still have space for a hot tub and a fridge!

It was designed for commercial work and is relatively easy to maneuver. Let's just say that it pretty much carries everything we need and then some. My father-n-law likes to say "Go BIG or Go Home". He seems to think we can park on the street and pull hoses for most residential cleanings, so I've been looking at buying some strobes for rear of the trailer.

Longer the trailer the easier it is to back up.
