I was wondering everyones opinion on gas engines instead of 12v, I was at an auction and came into possesion a skid chlorine sprayer. I am just expanding into roofs and wondered if this would work well for spraying roofs with chemical. Thanks for the info.

This is one of the northern tool sprayers its brand new still on the pallet and I got it dirt cheap, just hoping it would be somewhat effective

Rinse it out really well after each job, (10-15) gallons of water. Haul an extra tank just for rinsing if need be,...and you have room. I use cast iron roller pumps, but with proper rinsing they actually last quite a while. I'm only on my second one for tthe season, at 3-4 roofs per week. Rinsing with ENOUGH water is key.

I had used the Yamada NDP-15, but I didn't like the way it sprayed near as well as the roller pumps.
