for the referral of a job that was out of your territory but in mine. I ended up selling two small homes there, and I will pay a referral fee of 5% for any such favors that may come my way.
As I have posted before, that is the fee I give to anyone who refers a job we sell. We have a few locals who love to take advantage of this, and It is always great to receive a lead anywhere you can. I have referred a few jobs as well and gladly will if they are in any certified roof cleaners territory. No I do not charge a 5% fee, LOL. That is up to you.

Well I am in Virginia Beach, VA but go about 60 miles from my area of Virginia Beach, VA. That would be pretty much all of Hampton Roads, VA. If I have any one in the MD, Baltimore area needing anything I would be happy to send them your way.

I will be heading to LaPlata, MD late Sept, to clean my mother in law roof and house, of course no money involve just being a good son in law evileye , lets see how this go's. Gas for box truck, chemical, hmm she needs to cook or take me and the wife out for multiple dinners biggrin.
