Here are a couple more pictures. This Roof Cleaning job was a tough one to take pictures of because all of the town Homes look pretty much the same.

I just wanted to add something. A big Kudo's goes out to my guys for all the help. They really busted their tails on this job for me to get it done in the time frame that I had alloted. Long days in the hot sun and aching feet and backs are not fun.

Nice work , its better to be beat from work than being beat from no work ,that was some job two thumbs up ,did you have the SH delivered by tanker LOL

LOL... Believe it or not we only went through 520 gals total fresh 12.5% SH on the whole job. My main helper has a 250 gal tote that we used when my 230 tanks got low. We just transfered it to my 125 gal and from there I kept transfering and mixing roof mix into my 50 gal tank that we were pulling out of to spray the Roofs. The whole job was done with my Comet Chem pump but my Flowjet did all the transfering.

That's a nice job Larry. Did you use ladders on the whole thing or did you use a lift for any portion of it?

Thanks Nick... No we didn't use a lift for any of it. a 38ft ladder was used to get onto each Bldg and all the roofs were walked. The 38ft ladder was actually over kill. I could have gotten away with a 28ft and been just fine. it was a fiberglas ladder and a bit of a beast to move around all the time but it was a very safe ladder to be using. Even still, I told my Roof Cleaning guy,, No going up or down the ladder without someone footing it.

Great job on those roofs. Thats alot to cover in 3-4 days. the HOA must really be praising you.

Thanks Mike! Yea they seemed pretty happy. I did get a call today from one of the residents who was upset that we damages a few of her plants though. I aked her to hit them with some Miricle Grow and to see what happens in the next couple of weeks. I may have to replace a couple. One out of 66 isn't bad so far. I hope it stays that way. Accidents happen! We tried our best to insure that nothing was damaged. We'll see how it goes.

Looks like a few of those homes need some concrete surface cleaning. Maybe you can get the HOA to get you back in there for that now? That could be some nice steady work at one location. Always cheaper to do 66 homes in one place instead of 66 places biggrin

Thanks Thomas... We actually did a Roof Cleaning job for another HOA yesterday. They were Manson style Shingle Roofs. There were 10 buildings with 4 units in each. Only the front of the buildings needed Cleaning. They had Moldy Roof runnoff coming down in streaks. We applied a fair amount of Roof Cleaning mix to all of them which took care of the problem. The President of the Home Owners Association was very pleased with how they came out and is now wanting all of the Concrete Driveways and Walkways Pressure Cleaned. Looks like I may be in there for awile too.

Already a done deal Brian...I try not to leave anything on the table. LOL... The residents are responsible for their own Concrete Cleaning. I put out flyer's the day before we began the Roof Cleaning and gave everyone until July 31st to call and schedule for Driveways and front entrance walkway Cleaning. So far I've gotten close to 30 calls. We are going in to knock them out starting August 5Th. I gave them all a good group rate to Pressure Wash their Concrete. We are also doing the walks around the Club House. I got that news last night.

That's great Larry. HOA are always a great in to have. They can lead to a lot of work. I have been working on a 55 and over community here, but it is a little more complicated because they use a management company and they fight back and forth with the HOA. There are over 100 homes in the community. I hope it works out!

HOA's are hard to get into but VERY rewarding when you do. I got a couple I want to do marketing to but I am thinking if I go in wile its cold might not get too far

This really was a decent job. I enjoy working in the same area for Proprerty Management Companies and HOA's. Normally we end up in a nice TownHome Community or Condo Association. Most of the time it's for Pressure Washing of the Buildings, Concrete Walks etc...but once in awile we get lucky and end up Cleaning their Tile or Shingle Roofs. I could use another one like this right about now. I'm ready!!!

I haven't worked for one yet that didn't have concerns about their budget. It just kinda goes with the territory.
