If you get the job and they like it, maybe rehash with a Brick water sealent?? Easy to apply and saves from tuk-point and algae growth. Thats a great job to add to your portfolio!!

No it has been around 80 -85 here and been very pleasant. I probably drink more water than I spray. LOL

The good thing is that this is on the main road between Nashville and Clarksville. Unless you take the Interstate. Everyone will see this after it happens.

Thomas I don't know what you are spraying but it will take no more than 200 gallons. (probably less) Might want to look at your surfactant. The lower roof is walkable and from there you can get to the peaks of the upper roofs. My 5850 will shoot that roof just fine from the gutter anyways.

I appreciate any suggestions. I normally use about 40 gallons for 2000 square foot roof and the other side is clean so it will not need as much love. Also walking the lower roof and the upper one will use less chems. The middle one is the one that will take the most because of the pitch. I have a ladder that can easily reach the upper roof gutter line.

Yea after cleaning I am the most sanitized smelling person in the state.

Hey Pat, send some of that cool weather my way.blankstare  You are right on about how much it will take to clean that roof.  I used about 25 gal on a 1500 sq ft composite roof yesterday.  It was not quite as steep as the one in the pic of yours.  It took about 3 hrs in 100 deg temp.  I think most of the chems evaporated as there was little run off for the ground man to contend with.

Won't be a problem here because it all drains to landscaped areas. You see I don't have all the concrete to contend with like vinny and yourself so the wash water is diverted to lawns. Doesn't add any time for me. Besides how do you get runoff on the ground if you bag the gutters?
