Nice looking roof,
was this cleaned with chemical , did u power wash also and did you oxi clean it when finished, I have 2 estimates for cedar, im doing one ,the other is not even close to a walkable roof also what did you charge per square ft if you dont mind me asking. any info would help

Thanks for the compliments. The roof was cleaned twice before brightened. As for the techniques due to all the new local lowballers we are not sharing anymore info on what we do. The answers are everywhere. Do some DD and you can clean the roofs. The prices are what you set them at, as far as this one, it was in the thousands. If the Boone owners want to tell you then thats fine. But I'm done breeding competition. This site is great for posting work and maximizing your web positioning. We will continue to post these projects for the customers to be able to see when they use the search engines. What I will tell you is that as soon as you step on even a damp shake, without a rope your done. We are the only company out here and in western nc that is doing cedar and we're gonna keep it that way. Also please quit calling my office to ask me how to clean roofs. If you want info email me or ask me here. You know who you guys are and its getting old.

I've givin more then enough plus added to the fund pot. As far as brotherhood, theres almost 700 people on the site and mabey 50, probably really like 25 of us are the only ones that actually contribute. And I didn't say that it was you that called. Your right though, sharing teqniques, kinda like giving you the tips i did above, not doing the work for you!

yeah you did say you cleaned it twice before you brighten it , thanks for that insight, much apperciated, i was just curious if you let the chems do the work or if used low pressure thats all, but its all good , i can pretty much tell how you did it, I ve never done a cedar roof yet , but I am going to, From what little info i have`nt gotten( ON cedar) from the board and after talking to a couple of pros on here, I think I have a pretty good understanding on how to tackle it, Best wihes on the cedar side of things, Their is no one out here doing them either and I have a lot to learn on that end
