That was a BLACK Tile Roof and the Sun was not favorable to us.
It was a Sunny Day in Tampa.
Pics 2 and 3 are the after pics.
The Tile Roof Cleaning after pics were taken IMMEDIATLY following the cleaning.
This Tile Roof was up in Tampa Palms, 15 miles away from our Office in Tampa.
TRAFFIC is murder on the Interstate on a Friday afternoon in Tampa.
My Men worked hard on this Tile Roof Cleaning, and wanted to beat the Tampa Friday Afternoon traffic.
They COULD have done a better job on the After Roof Cleaning Pics smile

Sounds like your prices are almost in line with ours here in Houston, TX. I assumed w/ all of the competition the price would be more diluted than that.

Most Tampa Palms customers, especially ones in The Reserve At Tampa Palms like this tile roof was, are not "price shoppers".

These folks want QUALITY and Competence at a competitive price biggrin

They realize that the lowest price is not always the best choice.

Chris, Have you ever had complaints from homeowners after using the lift and leaving tire marks on their driveway and sidewalks. What about damaging their grass? I also noticed the pool cage in the back. Is that lift long enough to reach over the cage or do you just shoot it from as close as you can get? What company have you had the best experience with renting lifts? How good are they about delivery and pick up times?

Great looking job Chris. Thats some awesome no pressure tile roof cleaning in Tampa !!
We really do not have barrel tile roofs here.

I have used plywood to stop marks from lifts on concrete/driveways as well as to stop from sinking in soft spots in the yard. The wieght of the lift and the size of the tires mean alot when it comes to this problem. Usually marks on stone or concrete will powerwash off easilly, but driveways can be a different story as they can be really soft on a hot day. Also finding a level spot can be a problem too at some locations.

Yes - we carry Plywood for this very reason when using a lift on a Tile Roof Cleaning job like this!
Gotta watch that wet grass ?
Lifts are heavy and can sink in wet grass quick.
