I NOTICED THE FATBOY BANDIT WITH A DELAVAN 7870-101E-SB DIAPHRAGM PUMP COMES WITH 1/2" HOSE. PRESSURE TEK CARRIES THIS ITEM UNDER PUMPS AND HAS A NICE SELECTION. THE 5800 COMES WITH THE 5/8" HOSE THIS ONE DOESN'T AND I WAS WONDERING IF THE 5/8" HOSE IS ADAPTABLE TO THIS UNIT?

Bigger hose on ANY pump is ALWAYS better. Bigger hose is also LESS likely to get under the shingles when you pull it cause it IS so fat
That small 3/8 stuff is HORRIBLE for roof cleaning.
Before I LEARNED, I used to use it.
Ripped up many roofs with that crap.
Remember, everything you READ on the Internet is NOT True.
There are Many who do NOT want you to know the SECRETS of roof cleaning, for various reasons.
They WANT you to be slow, or place additional stress on your roof cleaning pump, so it will burn out, and you keep buying MORE pumps from them, or just QUIT altogether.
Chris Thanks for the very nice answer. Its nice to get an answer about something I am just learning about but I am asking questions. I am hoping that sometime soon I will get my equipment to get started with your roof cleaning protocol. I also need your help on this board. I do not know how to get pictures posted and also put my logo on here like you have. I am just not very good on the computer plain and simple. I enjoy getting on here and reading all the posts. Well thanks again for your help I really appreciate it
