I know I have mentioned buying hoses from "rubber products company" in North Carolina. I have ordered a lot of hose from the guy Mike, and I spoke with him today by phone after receiving my latest shipment. I can't stress enough what a nice helpful guy he is, you talk to him and he takes care of the rest. He states it's just Southern hospitality. The reason I am mentioning him again is that I informed him some guys from here are able to get hose cheaper else where. He said the company has been in buisness for fifty seven years, and although he cant say he will beat any price he is willing to talk to roof cleaners and see if it's possible to come together on a price,he's real easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. I think I paid 65 cents a foot for the 3/4 blue hose, can some one get it cheaper probably, maybe even from Mike. Bottom line I think his " old fashion " service may be worth looking into.
Mike Sullivan told me about the hose and suggested I try it and where to but it. { from the guy Mike }. This will be my first season using it so I can tell you only that the Quality and durability will be great.Flexability seems like it may be a little rough and as far as the kinking we will need to ask Mike Sullivan his experiance with it. Listen if you call the guy Mike from the hose joint, try to talk him down some,he said he was willing to try and help price wise.
By the way if you are looking for a great flexable hose ask about the " TUNDRA " hose I have some in 1/2 " ask if he has it in 3/4 yet. Really nice hose very flexable and doesn't stiffen up in the cold weather.
