Used Roof Cleaning Equipment is hard to sell, especially with the bad Economy.
It is slow here in Tampa for roof cleaning right now, with Christmas and all.
Roof Cleaning in Tampa picks up in the third week of January.
We have several roofs to clean next week, thank God.
It takes at LEAST 5 years in the roof cleaning business to establish a base of steady, repeat� roof cleaning customers.
And THAT is assuming a good economy.
We started cleaning roofs in Tampa almost 17 years ago.
I lived in a rented room for 3 years, until my Tampa Roof Cleaning business got going.
EVERY day, I put out flyers fo at least an hour, and I did that for 3 years!
It is a mistake to think you can just buy a roof cleaning set up, place an ad for non pressure roof cleaning, and expect the world to beat a path to your door.
IF it was "that easy":, the whole world would be cleaning roofs.

Here in Texas, it is becoming known but it takes time.

In Houston, Scott D. is kicking butt all over the place and doing some huge roofs.

I really like that new commercial he has, very nice and professional.

we have a huge Birmingham Alabama steep roof� to clean tomorrow, I cant wait. Gonna start the day cleaning shopping centers in Tuscaloosa Alabama the to Birmingham to do the roof then to do some concrete cleaning in Selma Alabama in the evening, gonna be a looooong day !

Low Pressure Roof Cleaning in Corpus Christi Texas��

I forgot to mention that I did some Low-Pressure Roof Cleaning in the morning. Not a bad job at all.

I did not get any pictures as the roof fungus was not that bad that it would make a good before/after picture but I need to start taking more pictures for the gallery for my website which should be up any day now.

I would� post as many roof cleaning pictures as you have Chris.
Of course, we have a lot of Tampa Roof Cleaning�pictures posted, and more to come.
This roof cleaning forum is highly ranked.
This means if you use the tags for your posts, your roof cleaning pictures usually show up in a local search.
Many potential customers look for examples of your roof cleaning work.
Like they say, a roof cleaning before and after picture is worth a thousand words�

Bob can build them he just changed what he markets. Bob is the inventor of the Bandit, if anyone needs one just give him a shout he can and will build one or build it which ever way you want to suit your needs

Wow, that is news to me ?
I was unaware he stopped selling them ?
We used roller pumps for roof cleaning for several years.
When they failed, and they did, we tossed the old pump, and replaced with a new one.
I got about 45 days out of them, cleaning 2 to 5�roofs every day.
When they are not broke, they clean roofs great.

I love my Bandit, it is great.

I have a spare pump for mine but when both go out, I might try out a setup like Chris Tucker has, that would be cool.

Same here Chris. I would like to have the same settup as well. I've seen his guys working in person. I'm here to tell ya,,,Don't blink! If you do you will miss the whole Roof Cleaning process that he does. Not only are his guys fast but the pump Chris uses makes a huge difference. I can see now how they can Clean 3-5 real good size Tile/Shingle�Roofs in one day.

Bob was having to send out replacement pumps over and over, and finally pulled the "Chemical Bandit" from his website. If it was so great he would still sell it.

Larry, how is that added flow working out for you, do you need to slow it down to where you used to be with the other pump or are you working faster to keep up?

NOTHING like 15 GPM for a roof cleaning pump.
Once you get serious about roof cleaning, you need a fast roof cleaning pump.
The faster you can clean a roof, the less your exposure to the roof cleaning chemicals.
Plus, a high GPM Roof Cleaning�pump actually can pay for itself.
It will allow you to use a weaker roof cleaning solution because you are applying more of it.

Only used it on one Roof Cleaning job so far Chris. I did have to move a lot faster though to keep up. I can definitely see where it is gonna be a huge time saver and like Chris was saying about not having to use as much Roof Cleaning materials. Big plus. Been doing a lot of work just not Roof Cleanings. Been doing yearly maint on them but don't need the new pump for that. Also a lot of ground work. I do have 5 Roof Cleaning jobs lined up though. I'm excited to see how quickly I can get them done with the new pump.
