Thanks Chris. I've actually had people come outside after I was done and It dried and said the same thing. LOL... What funny is that the guy directly across the street said the same thing and then hired us to Clean his Roof and Concrete. .

We just did a small tile roof is South St Pete Larry.
It was in a BAAD part of town, if ya know what I mean.
The tile roof had not been cleaned in years.
We cleaned the roof, but the paint was coming off the tiles from age.
The lady refused to pay us.
Though it was not our fault, we drove away, ripped off.
Fortunately ALL Roof Cleaning in Saint Petersburg, Florida is not like this!
There are a lot of nice people is St, Pete, who appreciate a clean roof,

Here are a couple of pictures from one of Tile Roofs we Cleaned this past week. We also Pressure Cleaned their Pool Deck and Enclosure and did a complete Exterior House Wash using a SAFE, non Damaging Soft wash Pressure Washing method. This particular customer was a repeat customer. We have done work for her for the past 5 yrs. She wasn't Home at the time that we performed the Cleaning. She called later that evening telling me that she was thrilled at the job we did. I Love keeping My Customers Happy!

Thanks Chris. I gotta tell ya. It's been tough getting any Roof Cleaning done lately with this weather. I just wrote up another Roof Cleaning for a customer who just called. On Valentines day at that. LOL...Go figure. I'm gonna try to get it done this week but man it has been sooooo cold. At least this one is a Shingle Roof. It should be a bit easier than doing a Tile Roof Cleaning.
