Does it? Tips change pressure through orifice size and degrees of angle. If I'm using a zero tip VS. a 45 tip, how am I not changing GPM??

Volume stays the same whether you have no tip in at all or a zero degree nozzle (assuming it is rated correctly for your pump)...

Good Lord, you are not running roof cleaning chemicals through that pump, right ?

Well ..... I have seen pumps last for awhile, cleaning roofs every now and then,
But we do sometimes 5 roofs a day.
I have done 11 roofs in one day, by myself with a helper, MAX.
Only AODD Pumps hold up to that kind of torture, IME.

Guess I understand that you CAN do this, but not WHY? I would get a dedicated pump with higher GPM adn a bigger hose JUST for roof washing applications.

I already told you, i don't use anywhere near as much chemical, don't have to worry as much about landscaping, don't have to pay a grounds person, and don't have to haul around 2700 lbs. of love. So what if i wear a helmet, I still make a lot more money than you do. Per job FOR SURE and i'm guessing annually as well.

Looked in the search feature on here and found nothing about this. My question. Has anyone, or is it possible to hook 2 Delvans in series and use one or both in the same line? Will the solution flow through the one that is turned off allowing just one to spray with? Would this be beneficial for high roofs that you don't want to, or can't get on? Stress on pumps? Info please.

yes they can be ran together but not in line you must hook the pump up with each one having its own feed line from the tank and use a tee to conect them together before the reel

Good question, but no.
To use pumps in series like Firemen do, you need Centrifugal Pumps, Delavans are diapraghm pumps.

Pumps in series increase pressure, pumps in parallel increase flow.
