I have a few I keep with me for when I do some roof cleaning in Corpus Christi Texas because sometimes the homeowner does not have a hose connected or a long enough hose. I use my own hose, just to be safe.

Good roof cleaning question Chris, and quite observant.
We use portable plastic hose reels we buy from Lowes/Home Depot.
They are only 50 ft hoses, but we have a few of them, just in case.
We usually use the customers garden hoses, unless there is low water pressure and lots of plants.
Then, we use 3/4 Mean Green Water hoses, to supply adequeate flow to protect plants.
