I know many of you use TSP, but if TSP were not available anymore, what would you use in it's place? We are new, and currently use SH, H2O, and Dawn. I choose not to use TSP. Anyone recommend an alternative? Thanks! Mark

I was sitting here thinking if we could use an old piece of blue jean like a pocket and time how long it takes to go white first using household bleach then 12% SH. Then would we be able to get a guess of how strong the SH is? Or would it turn white in about the same time? I guess I'll try some tests to see.

I've got a job coming up where the house has wood siding that has rust stains. I was planning on using Super Iron Out on the rust stains. My concern is that the siding is treated with an oil-based stain. Does anyone know how this will affect the wood or the oil-based stain in the wood? Gary
