This Avila roof, just north of Tampa, was made out of thin Slate Tile. Slate Tile Roofs are not real common here�in Tampa, FL. They are usually only�found in Avila, Cheval, Tampa Palms, and a few�other affluent neighborhoods�here in my hometown of�Tampa Florida.
As we can see, an Articulating Boom Man�Lift was used to clean this Tile��Roof in�Tampa The owners of this beautiful Avila�home were VERY nice people, and really appreciated the nice roof cleaning work we did on their hard to clean Slate Tile Roof. Not ONE broken piece of Tile Roofing waa seen on this Avila Tile�Roof after the cleaning

Apollo Beach Florida is located on Tampa Bay, about 20 miles south of Tampa. This Apollo Beach Roof Cleaning was done recently. This beautiful home is RIGHT on Tampa Bay, in Symphony Isles part of Apollo Beach. Symphony Isles is a waterfront Apollo Beach Community, and is deed restricted. Remember, this un approved green roof cleaning chemical takes 30 minutes to work, and if a spot is missed, or the Sodium Hydroxide didn't "take", they must re - apply the harmful green roof cleaning chemical, and then wait another 30 minutes.
Don't think for a minute that someone is going to sit there waiting another 30 minutes out in the hot sun to re - apply the "green roof cleaning" chemical.
They are simply going to get down off the roof, and turn up the pressure washing machine, until the high pressure removes the spots the "green roof cleaning chemical" missed !
So now the "Green Roof Cleaning" has turned into regular old pressure washing.
IF they were really using "no pressure roof cleaning" why don't they just simply wait for a good rain to rinse it off, or use a garden hose ?
