Here are some more Roof Cleaning Tampa Pictures This one was a Roof Cleaning Avila. Avila is a very nice section of Tampa, Florida. This Roof Cleaning Avila was done for a well known Athlete who played for a Tampa Sports Team!
This Avila roof, just north of Tampa, was made out of thin Slate Tile. Slate Tile Roofs are not real common here�in Tampa, FL. They are usually only�found in Avila, Cheval, Tampa Palms, and a few�other affluent neighborhoods�here in my hometown of�Tampa Florida.
As we can see, an Articulating Boom Man�Lift was used to clean this Tile��Roof in�Tampa The owners of this beautiful Avila�home were VERY nice people, and really appreciated the nice roof cleaning work we did on their hard to clean Slate Tile Roof. Not ONE broken piece of Tile Roofing waa seen on this Avila Tile�Roof after the cleaning

This Cheval Roof Cleaning was also done with a Man Lift.
Our Roof Cleaning Customer had a BAD previous experience with a Tampa Roof Cleaning Company who used Pressure Washing on his Tile Roof in Cheval.
The surface cleaner used to clean his roof in Cheval smacked the edges of the Barrel Tile Roof and cracked several of them.
The Cheval Homeowners Association was on his case because his Barrel Roof Tiles are not MADE anymore !!!
So, he has mismatched Roof Tiles all over the back of his Cheval Home.
He INSISTED we use our Man Lift, to insure he would have a clean roof, and no more broken roofing tiles.
The Cheval Homeowners Association sent him a Roof Cleaning Letter, and he found Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa from a friend he plays Golf with.

The Tampa Palms Homeowners Association patrols the community, and if a Roof is dirty in Tampa Palms, they send out letters requesting Roof Cleaning.

Apollo Beach Florida is located on Tampa Bay, about 20 miles south of Tampa. This Apollo Beach Roof Cleaning was done recently. This beautiful home is RIGHT on Tampa Bay, in Symphony Isles part of Apollo Beach. Symphony Isles is a waterfront Apollo Beach Community, and is deed restricted. I have met several members of the Symphony Isles Homeowners Association. They are very nice people, and understand that Symphony Isles has some STEEP,very dangerous to clean shingle and Tile�Roofs.
