This is Mark with Krystal Klean Pressure Washing.

when I soft wash no matter how many bottles of Gain I put .it won't stick. 

On a 70/30 mix or 80/20 or 60/40 I use 32oz.  of hang tite and maybe 3 bottles of Gain and the runoff is terrible.  why??

could be your spraying technique. I only use a 44oz for a 100gal, mix and have no problems.
