Twice I did roofs with tired T lock shingles and had them leak after I was done.

Apparently the moss gets in the cracks and kind of seals them and when the moss is removed,they leak.

Can someone with some experience with these T locks fill me in which what to expect.

Should I just walk away from a shabby T lock roof or have the customer sign some kind of waiver?

What is the story with these shingles.
