Hang Tite is a soap, just like Gain, or Roof Snot, so no need to have 3 soaps, just pick one, we use Gain dish soap, and yes, you can add some Borax to make the roofs stay cleaner longer, if you want.

It all depends how soapy you want the roof cleaning solution! Most use 1 large bottle of Gain per 100 gallons of mix.

I am new to this business and looking to start up this spring. Mixing Gain; wont that create toxic fumes?

Nope.  it's mixed with SH in washing machines around the world every day    Serious, no worries.

There are a number of chemicals and products that are NOT compatible, so your concern is wise.  Ammonia for example, is bad, bad news.  When in doubt, look at a SH compatibility chart.  Or just ask Chris Tucker 'cause I think he has a lot of that chart memorized!
