how much more for a 3 story hotel?

I'm giving a bid for a three story hotel and don't know how much to charge for height and also for being dangerous. any tips?

comfort inn hotel in TX.

Make sure you leave enough buffer in your quote. Things always take more time that what we anticipate especially if it's our first time.

 It is always better to charge a little more, then too little. You can always come down on a roof cleaning quote, but seldom can you increase a bid.

Dave had good advice, as did Jeff, charge enough that you make a good profit, and realize it never goes as planned.

thnx all for your advice. I've been doing this for around 3 yrs. and still learning. just 1 final ? what pump will push the chemical up three stories? I have a 5850.
