I can see from the pictures that the work you did included non-pressure roof cleaning, as well as the exterior cleaning(soft washing) of their vinyl siding, fascia, trim, soffits and gutters.

Pretty much a "from the Top down" cleaning

Thanks Guys. This was one of the toughest we encounted this year. The front roof is 100% north facing. The dormers don't help in preventing algae growth. In the first photo, on the left valley to the far right dormer, you will notice some snow. When we got there the entire front roof was under a light coat of snow. This photo was taken after we completed the back and sides of the house. My technicians deserve the credit as they never gave up even though it was a high of 35 degrees. Yes, it was chilly willy.

That is a great job. Your guys do need some attaboys after working in those temps!   Do you charge extra for snow removal, prior to cleaning Hank!

We have a couple projects to do this year in Indiana, PA, and then I am off to Oklahoma to help my brother get his roof cleaning company running.

He did his first job in the local country club area, and despite having only CH- and not enough for the first trip-- he returned and completed the roof, got it nice and clean and collected $1000 check and a big smile from the homeowner. 3-4 hours actual work time, and a hour or so of travel back and forth-- not bad for a rookie!

So, now we will finish his training, get his truck setup and rock and roll!

The one thing I have preached to him from day one, do not be the low price guy! The alternative is replacement, so we are always a real bargain even at premium pricing.


This job of Hank's proves just how valuable our service is to our neighbors, so enjoy the rewards of restoring their home's curb appeal, and give them pride of ownership back.

Let's hope for a mild winter in the northeast and we can get going again.
