Today, we cleaned to asphalt shingled roof of this home in Jacobus, PA.  The homeowner was unhappy with the roof's appearance and was considering replacing the roof to get rid of the ugly stains.

Jacobus Pennsylvania, where is that in the state ? It looks like they have plenty of roofs needing safe roof cleaning.

You guys get lichen and moss, as well as mold and algae, on roofs up in PA.

WE mostly just remove algae off of the roofs we clean down here

 Jacobus is south central PA, only a few miles from the Maryland line. Yes, we have a whole lot of lichen and moss up this way! LOL
