MY biz line went down a week ago, But was getting voice mail.... Called them up had calls fowared to my cell....  They sent a tec out he spent 2hrs & his conclustion was that the number does not exist... Some how they messed up .... So i spend another 2 hrs on the phone ...  they canceld the account & started a new one.... So for the last 2 days i noticed that my cell was not ringing (not even bill collectors!) Had my wife call the line & THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACHED IS NOT IN SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im feeling crazy!!! im naked in the park!!! this sucks!!!! I just put out 500 packets...... I BET I LOST ALOT OF WORK... NOT TO MENTION HOW STUPID IT MAKES THIS COMPANY LOOK!!!!       WHAT SHOULD I DO????

Dude I had problems with my Verizon land line last year. I had a friend on the inside and he flipped a switch and added 8 more lines.

I just got off the phone after getting dumpted by opperators 3 times... IM AT THE MERCEY OF THERE COMPUTER!!!!! WERE ALL GONNA DIE!!!! ....... GO AHEAD CALL... PRISTINE ROOF CLEANING 856-753-7576 THATS WHAT COUSTEMERS HERE WHEN THEY CALL FOR OUR SERVICE..... THIS IS A DISASTER!!!!!! IM breedING DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! peace & love bitches.... AAARRRR!!!!!!!

That's a plus to having an 800 number, you can easily forward it to any phone.
If your landline goes down you could temporarily forward to your cell.

I dont know what to do.... Its friday.... I feel that everything i worked for is gone.... Aint nobody with pull gonna get my line up on a saturday... the funny thig is we spent all day on our facebook page... & got 30 likes in a couple hrs.. IS THERE A WAY I CAN GET TO SOMEONE IN VERIZON TO GET A CALL THREW???? (guys, Im dieing over here)
