There has been some major progress acheived in the last several days on getting the new forum set up and finalized.
Here is how things are going to be set up to start with, and I feel certain there will be some changes made to tweak it totally to our liking.
The existing forum will stay the same as it is with all the rules intact. The new forum will basically follow closely with several new benefits and actions to make it totally different and beneficial for members than anything else out there. There is a new fee for being a Premium Member along with numerous new benefits that make it very reasonable and beneficial to all. Premium membership will include total access to both forums for one price and is NOT available for single site access. The new fee is $129.00 per year and will be billed automatically by the new site software. You will receive a receipt after processing is complete. Any member, new or old, who paid the membership fee after July 01,2012 will not be due for renewal until March 01, 2014. All renewals for everybody wiil be due on March 01, every year in the future. Some Members are over a year behind in payments due to my failure to keep the list current, so it will balance out for all by next year.
As a Premium Member of both forums, you will be provided the ability to start and maintain 25 different Blogs targeted to what ever location you desire. The blogs are NOT like the blogs out there. You will have total control and edit capabilites totally. Yours to do as you wish. Tech support will be available as time goes on.
As a Premium Member of both forums, you will maintain the ability to post pictures on the old forum as you always could. On the new forum, each Premium member will be allowed 3gb of band width to post pictures in their own galleries, with links to their sites and blogs. The old forum only allowed 1gb of bandwidth for pictures, so this is quite a large addition for all.
Any member who knows they are overdue on paying their dues can go ahead and pay now as I work on the list of members who have paid after July 01, 2012. After March 01, 2013, titles will be subject to change and/or deletion, and NO extensions will be made like before.
Anyone wishing to pay can send payment thru Paypal to ka7niq@yahoo.com. Your receipt will show payment to RCIA (Chris Tucker). Your re-newal fees for banners and counties on the interactive map can also be re-newed thru Paypal to garyw@bellsouth.net. Banners are $75.00 each and additional counties for paid Premium members are $50.00 each and will be linkable to the new forum and your galleries.
Chris will be on here shortly to verify this post and possibly add more info.
Thanks for your attention.

Well .... it onlly went up 29 dollars. Not bad for the ability to make and have links on 2 Page Rank 3 Forums that are relevant to Roof Cleaning, 25 different Blogs, and a 3 MB Roof Cleaning Picture Gallery,, as well as unlimited access to me.
I wanted to keep the cost the same ED, and toss the new forum in for nothing.
But,,, to do that I had to restrict the gallery size, and only allow one blog!
The extra 29 dollars is to cover the increased bandwidth demands the 25 Blogs and huge pic gallery will generate.
I had YOU in mind ED, with the 25 Blogs Brother!
Now, I hope to see Roof Cleaning Edison, Roof Cleaning Monumuth, and see you target evvery area of Jersey you want!
OH, Blogs on the new Forum will blow away the Blogs on other Forums!
Bob from Ugly Shingles did not want me to mention this,, but I will anyway! Thhe new forums URL is roofcleaninginstitute.org
I own that URL, and let the Uglies use it for the URL of their interactive Map directory. Bob gave it back to me w/o being asked, to use as the URL for the new RCIA Forum!
AFTER he built it up tp Page Rank 3 !!!!!!!!!
This is WHY our new RCIA forum has such high page rank, in case anyone wondered.
And, backlinks from not one, but 2 Page Rank 3 dedicated, relevant, and highly ranked roof cleaning forums, will allow RCIA Members to enjoy a huge SEO Advantage over their competitors!
I have no problem paying the dues but I never got my T-Shirt from the 1st time I paid on 11/1/2010 nor 1/14/2012. Are we getting T-Shirts this time? Are there any tutorials on how to do the blogs or instructions?
Barry will help you with the Blogs Marcus! They are so cool! I know nothing about T Shirts, sorry.
Please use the blogs Marcus to target Sugarland, and every area you service. You have total control of your Blogs Marcus,, they are totally different, and far superior to blogs on anyother forum.
You can even moderate what anyone posts on your Blog!
Here is a roof cleaning blog on the new forum started by Barry with some tips.
Please remember, it is new state of the art forum software that we are learning to use too, so it will get better, as we learn more about it.
Pricy !!. You've got to be kidding! It is $29.00 more than before for membership and privilages on two forums that are page rank 3 or better. The $129.00 fee is for membership on BOTH forums total fee.

It is separate software designed to work within the new Forum!
I paid a good amount of money for our new forums software, and all the separate, extra cost features (options) like the Blogs and the Picture Gallery.
Our new forum is the best money can buy, and it is loaded with extra cost (to me) options I felt were important to the long term success of our members.
You will be able Eric to use the Blogs to target every city you serve!
By the way, the new forum will soon be number one Google someday. It is simply a matter of time. NOW is the time to "get in on it", and get these Blogs going for yourself!
If you make a Blog called Roof Cleaning Southern California Eric soon, here is what will happen. YOUR Blogs URL will be old (a good thing)! vs any other local to you person who joins the RCIA.
All things being equal, an old URL (Yes, the Blogs generate their own URL's) will always kick the ass of a newer URL!
So, by the time your local competitors see and figure out what is going on, it will be "too late"!
You and your Roof Cleaning Southern California Blog will be firmly entrenched, in the bowels of the Internet!
Trust me Eric, I am good at SEO, I have a plan for you guys, and it will work.
Those with the vision to get into roof cleaning now in their local areas, and do what is suggested, will be financially rewarded in a few short years.
All you RCIA Members who follow the SEO Dommination road I have laid out for you, are fixing to be some money making Dudes, and very soon!
Remember, we are the ELITE of all the exterior Cleaners.
LOL, I see people with 10 grand worth of Hot Water Pressure Washing Rigs, fighting tons of competitors over 100.00 driveways
But little do these idiots realize that an RCIA Roof Cleaner with a 200.00 pump, can make more on one roof cleaning job then many of them make in a freaking week
Siounds good let me know what and when I owe please.
Membership Dues are 129.00 a year Charlie. I wanted to keep the dues at the same 100.00 a year it has always been and give members an extra roof cleaning forum.
I plannned to do exactly that! However, Barry and I recently spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, exploring the awesome capabilities of our new forums features. I paid extra for all these cool features (they are options, and do not come with the forum).
The roof cleaning galllery option I bought for the new forum has settings Charlie, that determine how much bandwidth our members may have. The more bandwidth Charlie, the more Pics you can have, and the larger they can be!
I also paid extra money for the Blog Option for our new Forum Charlie. Barry discovered our members can have 25 SEPARATE Blogs!
That blew our minds Charlie, for it meant our members could have the capability to Target up to 25 different areas they want to service!
Unfortunately, 25 separate Blogs, and allowing 3mb space for the roof cleaning picture Gallery Charlie, demands a lot of Bandwidth, and that is hardly free!
Barry and I were faced with a decision. Do we restrict the number of Blogs from 25 down to 1, and not allow all the full capabilities of the picture gallery, to keep the membership feee at 100.00 ?
Barry and I both thought it would be a real shame to deny our members all the awesome capabilities of this advanced software I paid extra money for.
So, we decided a slight increase in the membership fee, to cover the cost of the certain extra bandwidth usage, was in our members best interest.
LOL, your competitors will soon HATE these 25 targeted roof cleaning blogs. As our new forum begins it's climb to number one, these Blogs from the new forum will start finding their way into the local Google search results!
Barry and I are both "SEO Guys", very good at what we do.
Both of us are extremely excited for everyone who is a member, and literally in Awe, of the capabilities of our new roof cleaning forum!

WOW! I read all that! I kinda got it? Mutch of that wasnt meant for me.
The Old Forum is primitive, and does not even generate a Site Map to tell Google what and where to crawl.
This software not only generates a Site Map, but it also tells Google and other search engines when a new post is made!
Telling Google there is fresh content (a new post on the forum), is like telling a hungry Vampire there is Blood!
With and because of this optional SEO Pack I paid extra money for, Our new forum will start soon returning PAGE RANK 3 Backlinks, but for Members ONLY!
ONLY our Members will be allowed to have signature links, Blogs, Picture Galleries, or be able to make promotional posts, and/or create HTML links.
The new Forum will be open, but we will still have a few closed sections for Members Only!
