About a year ago I talked to a guy that owns " The Gutter Guys " and he sells franchises. You would not believe the paperwork, cost and all that goes with developing franchises. Also, I cannot see why someone wanting to be a roof cleaner would buy a franchise unless the name had VERY good branding. Even then you must agree roof cleaning still isn't that well known throughout the nation.
One thing that isn't lacking is information about roof cleaning on the internet. It's free! That is how to, equipment, etc.

Agreed. I don't see franchising taking off. As you mentioned all the info is out there free and it's not rocket science. Heck if I can do it, and I'm about as sharp as a beach ball, anyone can.
