I get to put a bid on a local college. Legally they need 3 bids. I would assume they find the RCIA, even if your not close distance wise you can throw out a hefty google maps bid just to move the process along.  I would appreciate it. Just a heads ups!

Yes, I know to be careful with this, the guy I spoke with said the other companies he found only were from all over the country. I think he is going to have some difficulty finding roof cleaners. I was just letting some guys know they maybe getting a phone call. I have no control who they choose for bids. I am going to take some pictures of the place maybe get some input, it would be my second commercial job.
