Google is constantly reviewing/updating pages for google local. It really is a guessing game if you will return to the listings, I am sad to say. We disappeared, then came back number one, supressing all other local listings, for awhile. Now, we are still number one, but have the entire pack below us!

If that's what you had to do then so be it,  but I was told never to do that ... If mine doesn't show up in a couple weeks I'll be forced to do the same. Did you contact Google support?

I've been pretty disappointed with Google lately. First this, and I'm trying to order the Nexus 4, but the play store is total choas. The android community is in a fury of how Google is handling it. Nobody is a bigger fan of Google then me, and it's not like there's an alternative fot me to go elsewhere, but there lack of customer service is pretty frustrating.

@ Chris - what we're talking about, isn't that our ranking has gone down, but that we've been wiped of the map completely.

 I had 2 place pages, and one had keywords in it. Been a long time though if that was what the reason was for deleting both.

 

I read google doesnt want you to put keywords in title, on their site.

Bill suggested this move. No I havent contacted google.

yeah i did that a couple times & still nothing ... I added a promo & changed my tiitle from "Roof Cleaning & Power Washing West Chester PA" to "Premier Power Wash & Roof Cleaning" ... hope that works.
