Good post. I like the change in presentation. The professional image of your trucks and uniforms were included, which adds credibility. Perhaps a woman's voice would help.

Items I might include would be:

Workmans Comp

Plant Protection

Video is going to make you in 2013. Google loves video. I bought a new Mac and I love it, especially the iMovie. Even a dummy like myself can figure it out. Walmart has little camcorders you can clip on to your hat. I think theyre like $15. Im constantly pushing the guys for content. As you see like whats going on with Pat in LI. Those type of videos are a dime a dozen. Its time to mix it up.
GutterDog has it right with personal customer reviews. Those arent easy to get. If you tag them right and they get found they can generate a lot of leads.

I'd be willing to help out any premium member who does not yet have a video. but you will need to supply at least 2 sets of before and afters. I can tag it and get it found. You must be within 1000 miles of my service area (jk).

Hank, that WAS a woman's voice. Thanks for the feedback. I will start adding bullet points. This was unscripted, it took me like 30 tries just for a rough draft. Im playing with it to see whats gonna work.

At the end of the video the thing I didn't really know is whose service is this? I knew about roof cleaning, but not who to call. Throw up a logo somewhere in the video. Not just on the side of the van.

I like it the way it is, maybe a tweek here and there but I like the casual down to earth feel of it.

Good point. I actually the first clip I was trying to put up was my logo. I couldnt make it happen. Still learning the Mac. It's a great unit but a tweak different than windows. Next one will have more branding. Thanks

ed i like the video. It is informative and to the point. It is not to long which can bore a customer. Is the offer to help with a video apply to NH.

I like it...reminds me of a polished version of mike's videos. It's somewhat campy but has a down-home comfortable feeling, which in the case of cleaning works Much better than slick and polished. People like to buy from people they like! I like the direction.

agree with Dan about the branding, i'd include something about your insurance & safety standards ... the 5 year warrantee really grabbed my attention
