I need to learn how to sell these kind jobs, I hunt for small game and your getting the trophy work, Looks great.

I give commercial clients bids like this one and they look like Obama without a teleprompter, DAZED and like really, we are going to spend money cleaning our roof and exterior, when did we start that?

We need higher humidity, more green and black growing crap on our buildings, please send some up north.

Ray, you are the man. Of anyone I know, you are knocking down real-deal type of work. Most of your jobs are the types I'd be calling other people to ask "how do I do this". Im happy or you bro. You seem like your having fun to boot, which makes it all 10x better.

Thanks for the kudos guys. It really means a lot coming from my successful brothers here.

I'm really like a duck on a pond, I might look calm on the top, but underwater my feet are paddling like crazy. I couldn't do this without my wife and business partner, Tonya. She has truly challenged me to strive for the next level. She also gets out and hustles up all these big deals too, and she's smoking hot, too!!!!!!

I was talking to ACL the other day and he brought up a really good point. Your business should be a machine, and once you get it running correctly it should keep spitting out job as long as you keep it fueled and maintained. I think thats what we're experiencing right now....our machine is working just like it should. Tomorrow it might throw a rod, but today its humming along!

The one I linked above that beat our price by 50 dollars, actually turned a customers blue paint green! The customer called me back, to tell me what happened, and said he wished he would have hired a certified roof cleaner.
