Comfort zone? What the heck is that???? It's kind of funny to look back and realize that I washed my first house with Spray Wash just three years ago in November of 2009.

I've always felt that I could accomplish any and every task and to never shy away from business. I think of the axiom "with great risk comes great rewards". Forums such as this are such a benefit to have. Lots of great professionals helped me along with pricing, technical issues, and business planning.

It is my promise to pay it forward and continue the tradition of help and assistance to anyone else who might be coming up through the ranks.

The cleaning industry has been such a blessing to this "washed up" real estate developer!
