Anybody got suggestions on how to brighten concrete in a main entrance way of a medical facility. The concrete is heavily stained from coffee and food stains I suppose. A regular cleaning with chlorine, and hot water didn't do so well.

Try some TSP, use 1 to 2 cups per gallon of Hot Water, and spray it on, watch what happens. Caustic Beads of Sodium Hydroxide can help too, and it may even need some acid Clyde, but I would try the TSP first.
Simplest and first thing to do is spray a degreaser ( greased lighting, purple power, etc) on it and then hot-wash. You're probably getting a lot of oils form the cafeteria being tracked out and from the parking lot being tracked in.
