This roof was cleaned over the weekend by Roof Cleaning by A&E in Mt Joy, PA 17552.  This roof is only 7 years old but had become staind with black streaks and lichen.  The homeowner had no idea that his roof could be cleaned and thought the only way to remove the stains was to replace the shingles.  After seeing one of our advertisements, he gave us a call.  After talking with us, he learned what was causing the stains and how we were able to safely remove them as per the recomendations of ARMA(Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association)  After the cleaning was performed, he was extremely happy that his roof once again looked like new and for only a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole roof.

Great job in Mount Joy, PA. Thank god this homeowner contacted you. It's a shame a roof that's only 7 years old looked that bad. Your safe and effective non pressure roof cleaning treated the black streaks and lichen quickly and saved the customer a ton of moneyand improved curb appeal.

Nice work Eric. I still find it hard to believe that homeowners still feel they need to replace the roof rather than clean it.   Mt Joy, PA 17552 is in good hands with Roof Cleaning by A&E.
