Roof Cleaning by A&E completed this job last Saturday in Ephrata, PA 17522.  The roof is 6 years old, shingled with algae resistant shingles.  The shingle manufacturer gave a 120 month warranty that the roof would remain algae free.  Since they were in that 120 month period, they qualified to have the manufacturer pay to have their roof cleaned by a certified roof cleaning contractor.

Great Looking roof cleaning by A&E in PA. Thats nice to pick up manufacturer work and be on their "go-to" list. That could open up a world of possibilities.

Just thinking out loud here, but would it be worth your time/effort to go the the county building office and pull roof permits from 6-12 years ago and market those homeowners? YOu could put together a mailing campaign that basically says the shingle MFG may pay for his service?
