12 years in this business have taught me a thing or 2. One of them is not to bother to try spraying a roof in winds of 15 mph or higher. Currently we have been experiencing winds here in Saint Petersburg Florida of 30 +mph and gusts as high as 45-50 mph. We have had to reschedule /move at least 7 jobs since Debby started to wreak havoc on our area. Every customer has been very understanding. I too am going nuts staying in. Today makes 4 days that I have stayed home. I think Im beginning to experience that cabin fever thing. LOL. Best though to just let mother nature do her thing and then just get back out there and Git R Done!

I know that I should know better than to get on a wet roof with 30-40 mph wind gusts and pouring rain, but I was sick of sitting at home on the computer. We got to the job just after a storm band passed and thought we could pull it off in time. A 2 story barrel tile roof, fascia/ soffits/ gutters and driveway cleaning. 3 hours max right? Ha! I used/ wasted almost 70 gallons of love and most of it cleaned all the algae in my eyes and on my legs. Lesson learned. I will never do that again when the weather is remotely severe because the rain and wind were almost too much to bear. Anyone else dumb enough to ruin a perfectly good day off?(That's exactly how red my eyes are right now)
