As the leading provider(Pocono Non Pressure Roof Cleaning, LLC) of professional non pressure roof cleaning in Carbon, Monroe, Northampton, Pike and Wayne Counties we are pleased to share some photos of work we performed on Thursday, 5/10/12 in Effort, PA 18330. The roof of this home was covered in black algae stains/streaks, some moss and lichen.

This homeowner found us after viewing photos of our work on the Roof Cleaning Institute of America website. We met with the homeowners and took the opportunity to educate them on the cause of the ugly black stains, moss and lichen on their roof and a course of action to correct the issue. The roof was treated with our Pocono Non Pressure Roof Cleaning, LLC treatment. As can be seen in the photos the black algae stains and lichen were treated safely and effectively. The customer was extremely happy with the services we provided.

Ed,

You're right. I have plenty of those lawn sprinklers and I used one here as well as the sheeting/tarps. Two safeguards are better than one. I'll normally set up a "Y" manifold at the water bid for the gutter hose and the sprinkler. I 'll use a rag and stuff it in the downspout and flood the gutter with water as I'm spraying just to play it safe. Once I'm done on that section I'll pull the rag and the minimal amount of runoff is already diluted. The downspouts on this house ran underground and daylighted in the woods.

Very nice job cleaning the Poconos, one roof at a time. I just went thru there last Monday and you will not run out of work anytime soon, especially since you are the premier roof cleaning contractor in the Poconos!

Like you, we are anxious for a 4/12 pitch to walk so we can stay our of aierial lifts and off ladders 30 feet in the air.

Somebody has to go up there...
