That is a nice find, But I have found that when I find a " nest " most of the time I am dissapointed.

LOL....post was kind of in Jest. This is a neighborhood of about 2000 homes, that is still under build-out. It began about 11 years ago. Just really noticed today that GM is fully taking root and beginning to show in that area. Kind of makes excited for the future possibilities!!!!!!

If it is a HOA (home owners association) yes. But it is pretty standard for HOA's to get multiple bids and may even be a requirement. Price per SF generally gets adjusted down in situations like this. Unlike government that must take the lowest bid, the private sector will normally throw out the highest and lowest bid and take the middle bid (after short lising to three contractors). But, if your the highest bid and have a GREAT presentation, you can still win the contract.

We give volume discounts to HOAs all the time. Face it, the most expensive part of the job is the first hour you are there. There have been several neighborhoods in Tallahassee where we have softwashed townhouses for as little as $50 each....but when there are 200+ units, it adds up to a nice payday!

This particular neighborhood (Southwood) has a very strong HOA that doesn't provide maintenance, but rather it requires owners to maintain their houses (including pressure washing of sidewalks/driveways) at the homeowners own expense. We have a very strong presence there and clean about 10 houses per month in that neighborhood.
