Another black, algea covered roof returned back to it's original color! Once again, the homeowner had no idea that this was the original color of his shingles and was pleased to have his roof and home soft washed along with a bright driveway after being pressure washed.
Don't let the title fool you. We would never damage your roof shingles with a pressure washer. We only use the same amount of pressure that comes out of your house's hose spigot which is 40 to 60 psi not 2,500 to 3,500 psi.
BUT, if you would like your driveway or pool deck cleaned, we also offer pressure washing services but only use our pressure washers on concrete, pavers and other surfaces that will not be damaged with a power washer.

Hey Mike! nice to hear from you. I'm looking forward to seeing some of those homes (mini-mansions) that you clean this year! I know the snow plowing was not great up there with the mild winter but I know your going to well this summer because you have the marketing down to a "T".
I see you took the after picture before it rained ?
Just for kicks, if you are in that part of Tallahassee, try to take another picture to show our roof cleaning students w/o your experience how much better a roof always looks, after God rinses it ?
That was a truly filthy roof you did, and I am surprised it looks as good as it did, before the rain made it look like new again.
Thanks Chris, that means a lot coming from the "God Father" of roof cleaning! Also, I'll try to get over there about the same time of the morning and take another picture since God had blessed the roof with a good rinse a few weeks ago.
