I was thinking the same thing about the pest guys.

Contact your local economic development office who will be happy to help with information. Also, golf courses can be a great source of work.

OMG Tom, how could I forget Tree People 

And satellite dish installers are also good. Plumbers go up on the roof to root out drain pipes 

All any of these fellow professionalls have to say to their customers is " Did you know your roof is covered in black mold that is feeding on it"

Tree Guys are especially good, because we all know a roof under trees is a filthy roof

 Yes, Gutter Installers belong on this list too,

Chimney Sweeps and Plumbers and Guter Guys are especially good. 

All they have to say to the customer is " I cant clean out the chimney with all that slippery mold up there" etc, etc, etc.

Look out for those who send you work, learn what a dirty chimney looks like, be alert for gutters that need repaired and/or replaced. 

Sometimes, you will have to GIVE work to GET work, but it will be worth it!

I have bought and dropped off Pizza's at the office for my roofers employees before.

The employees come in, and several nice pizzas await them from Apple Roof Cleaning.

 

 

These are just a few sources, and one day, when I get around to it, I will make a webinar on how to best cultivate these people, and the reasons WHY they will send you roof cleaning work.

OK Chris, start working on your webinar. Below you will find a real "round tuit" that everybody is always talking about. I had these made up for another business I had and really worked because everybody played the joke on their friends. My ad is on the other side.  So now you don't have to wish for a round to it. As a paragraph, You assume we know what you are talking about. With the tuit thing. My understanding is a thing that flew around FB. "get around tuit" Round being the shape of the sign.

Back to the paragraph thing, and assuming, we know what you are talking about.
