Equipment suppliers! ugh

NO One knows what customer services is any more!! I contacts 2 equipment supply companies a week plus ago by phone and also by email. politely looking for pricing so i could place an order. Waited 5 days (3 business and 2 weekend) for a return call, AND NOTHING! So i sent another email on Tuesday still with no response!. So today i call again and a nice polite lady answered the phone (no she was not able to help me) but she did take My name and number and someone would call me right back. LOL that was 6hrs ago. Think might be time to move to another Vendor.

I have had no problems with Bob from Pressure Tek or Russ from SouthSide. I would recommend both depending on your needs.

When I bought my bandit I bought a spair Fatboy and Bob put it int the bos wired and set up at no extra charge. Im glad I have a spair

I was up in the middle of the night a couple weeks ago and sent Bob an email just thinking he'd get around to it on Monday. I got a reponse at 6am on a Sunday from his iphone ... can't beat it.

I do wish he'd carry more poly ball valves though, maybe if enough of us request it he'll get them in. I usually just grab a bunch at HD when I see them but they don't always have them and the appropriate fittings.

My bandit setup is coming next week, can't wait.

That is awesome that bob gets back to all his customers!! He must live ,eat , breath work.
