Exterior Commercial Building No Pressure Cleaning

Wasn't sure where to put this 1? Today we completed the exterior cleaning of a commercial office building.The owners had really let this place go and didn't have the funds to paint at this time.

We were able to use our soft wash cleaning system to professional remove all the alga,moss and dirt without damaging the paint

 No,it is stucco. In my opinion they still need a paint job.The paint is really thin to begin with.Looks like 1 coat.Our no pressure cleaning, instead of pressure washing, only removed the dirt and not the paint.Owners of commercial buildings should take advantage of this money saving opportunity.Compared to the cost of painting we saved them a bundle.

I'm really proud of how well that tuned out.Actually even better than I thought.
I never like to over promise and under deliver so I let them know that there is a good chance it might still need painting.I think they will be pleasantly surprised when they come in Monday Morning!
