tomorrow starts the beginning of my marketing campaign.. 14,500 post cards get mailed..
I hope they work or im screwed lol.. I am seriously thinking about stopping adwords just because i dont think its worth the month..
I have another 13k or so for april, and then another 13.5k in may... Somewhere in there i have 10k worth of double sided flyers i have to mail using the post offices EDD system...
I created a goal of how many roofs i want to wash this year.. and then i figured on what number of flyer/marketing needs to be done to acheive that number.. I'm hoping to get about about 60,000 worth of flyers between now and august.. wish me luck.

thanks man! if i get 90 more ill be happy lol. honestly i set a goal of at least 400 roofs this season.. i know that will be hard. but i have to market like i want it!

ill tell you what though. some of the older folks in my area are kinda clueless on what cleaning a roof should cost.. i had a guy today say he was thinking about $250 bucks... i had to explain to him that we are actually a real company and actually pay insurance, comp, liability and all that good stuff.. he then realized someone was on his roof, and that he probably wants them to be a real business and not a fly by nighter...
my area is still a super fresh market.. most people have no clue about roof cleaning.. or that the streaks are hurting their roofs..
Thats pretty much right on target. We had 4 calls from 4000 pieces. We had roughly 12 leads today. Will have a 2 teams working tomorrow at the same time for the first time this year. But I was drowning for a minute today. Couldnt catch my breath.

do you think the 1% on the direct mailers holds true? or no? i got proofs back on the truck wrap.. ill have to post them up.
1/2% is a safer bet. 14000 is alot of pieces. Its better to trickle them out consistantly instead of one big hail mary. You want to get top dollar right? If you get to many calls its hard to give top rate quotes if you cant schedule them relatively quickly. If you give them time to think they may shop your quote. I try not to give them time to think.
