Every night I walk my pup by this home in Mechanicsburg.  I drop off flyers, cards, etc.  and never got a call.  Then, last week... the homeowner was out in the yard.... I told her about our roof cleaning business... our completely safe, no-pressure process.... our guarantee... and booked the job.... 

Plus.... when I got up on the roof.... I saw some cracks in the chimney crown...... and I rebuilt the chimney crown too ! ! !
