Thanks Zack...Most of the work we do is in Pinellas County. We only go out to Tampa once in awhile. We have actually gotten a lot of jobs from Chris of Apple Roof Cleaning when he gets real busy. I'ts good to know the King. LOL... smile

That is VERY nice to see that contractors CAN get along. Here in Central PA, there is so much work, just waiting.... Roofs need Cleaned, Decks need Cleaned and Sealed / Stained ..... Houses need washed...... I see Eric's Ads, Full Blast's and others all around me.... and I AM BUSIER than ever ! ! ! Enough work for everybody ! ! !

You are very welcome Larry! I don't know how I missed this thread, We are still pretty busy, but we will have my son back cleaning tile roofs again, and that will be nice. It is not easy to replace 16 years experience!

We just cleaned a big flat tile roof on Davis Island in Tampa for an attorney. He knows Bob Buckhorn, the Mayor of Tampa, and says he needs his barrel tile roof cleaned too!

We got some pretty good winds from Tropical Storm Andrea last week, but it blew out a lot of stale air and pollution. Plus, the whole Tampa Bay area really needed all that rain.

You just now found it? Lol. That was actually a good size roof we cleaned. I remember my pump died for some reason and we had to go back the following day to finish. That's when she threw in the window cleaning. Glad to hear that you have Jamie back. We are kind of in the same boat over here in Pinellas. Next week is pretty much filled with 2-3 jobs per day. We are finally starting to catch up a bit from being 3 weeks + out. I'm wore out. Lol...It may be time for some R&R here real soon.

All this rain has really messed us up for scheduling tile roof cleaning. We have had to move customers around a little, and reschedule due to weather.

Thanks for cleaning the tile roof for that lady. She was very nice, but ran out of time with her homeowners association, because she was on her 3rd roof cleaning letter! Some companies would have lied to her, promised to get her done in time, anything to hold onto the job.

But we do not put our customers in possible jeopardy, especially when we have good friends, and fellow professionals like yourself we can count on.
