Went to go wash some concrete today to finish a job. Sprayed the soap on the concrete with my 12 volt. Then I went to hook up feed line to hose bib.....
No Water!!! lol!!!
Forgot to tell him in daybefore call to have them turned on, lol!!!
Reminds me of times HO has windows open and they knew we were going to be there to wash the house.

that the bad part about working in the winter and early spring.
I always tell the customer make sure the windows are closed, water is on, and that I have access to the driveway.
Its not always our fault, just because you ask them to turn the water on doesn't mean they do, they forget, so you gotta call them and make sure they did turn the water on..
Hopefully everything goes smoother for ya next time.
It will! Check this out! 2 jobs tomorow, house wash for chief editor of newspaper here, and a gutter cleaning for the exwife of the captain of the ship that had bin laden on it!!!
Happen to me a few weeks ago. Customer not home and water turned off. I cleaned the neighbors front steps in exchange for using some of his water. Everybody won.
I only got 75 feet of supply line. That is good advice Ed! Reminds me of time was sealing the biggest deck I ever done! Needed electricity. Yea this the paid section, I bout 100 ft of cord and stole electricity from neighbor! I'da gave 20 bucks noone was home!

I have had to use the neighbors water more than once. We just did some forclosed properties a couple months back... No Water! Big Locks on the main with " YOU GO TO JAIL IF YOU REMOVE THESE" tags on them. Luckily the neighbors were all nice and let us use their water.
