Does anyone use a Landa surface cleaner? I have been checking them out and they seem pretty effective. My P/W is only 3,000 PSI and 2.8 GPM and not even sure it would run a 18" unit.

It would have a hard time with that small a flow.  Might want to go with a smaller size.

Seen this earlier, scared to post on it. I'm not an expert. Ive got 2 years with a 12 inch surface cleaner with 4gpm. cold water, but I do own a burner.

I'm not an expert. With the lil bit of experience I have. Your GPM is way too low. Couldnt even push a 12 inch. That's what I understand. I dont know everything.

 Hope this helps. - Mike

Helps a lot Mike! I have been doing walkways and small concrete patios with a Turbo Nozzle and giving everything else to a guy that just does flat work. A few times he's been a no-show so I've decided I need to do it myself. I'm looking for a descent set up that will run a descent surface cleaner and any and all suggestions are welcome.

I have the Landa. I own a 4 gpm at 3200 psi pressure washer. It works, but I have to move slow. Bob at Pressure Tek said they were not good. I'd call him and get his opinion. You're pressure washer does seem low.

I would invest in a larger washer first. Your current setup doesn't have enough flow for the 18" surface cleaner to work effectively. I would step up to at least a 4gpm 3000psi washer.

Only if you are going to do mostly commercial work. Vacum not required for residential.  JMHO
