Now Usually I wouldn't answer an area code I am not familiar with but I did and I told him a couple of things like pricing and of course this site { which he had found but passed on, probably because he didnt want to give much effort} He told me he dialed many phones but I was the only one who picked up. The main thing I did was tell him to return here and become a premium member, join,read then ask for help that it was well worth it. Now when we answer these phone calls lets all be as nice as possible don't tell them much about roof cleaning, but direct them here where hopefully they join and in doing so get on the same page esp. with pricing. We all see the need for roof cleaning spreading like fire, if we get " newbies" to start from " HERE" then even if they are close to other members we should be eliminating some problems like low balling from the start.
